Woop Brothers Contracting is led by guys who love what they do and who are passionate about building.
brian woop
In the seventh grade, Brian started working for a carpenter building decks igniting his passion for construction. In high school, he worked for a construction company and learned from guys who had been building all of their lives. Brian loves to build because he likes looking back at what he's done. He said, "I worked in Vernon Valley when only one set of condos existed. I was on the crew that built up the area. I like looking at nothing and making it all happen."
From early on in his career Brian knew he wanted to build his own home. He wanted his kids to be able to take pride in the fact that their dad built their house. He said, "I built my first house for my family at the age of 24, I did everything- masonry, framing, roofing, siding - everything except carpet, electric and tile.
"Family is important to me, and not just my family. The guys I surround myself with are not only my subcontractors, but they are also my friends. They are good guys - family guys - who I'm proud to work with. I treat them right, and they do a great job for me. I look at it this way, when you hire someone to do a job you bring them into your family, into your home. We pride ourselves on making that process easy, and we hope that when the job is complete you can look back and feel good about what we have done every step of the way."
Bryce Cianella
At the age of 15, with an interest in all things related to building, Bryce started working in a local hardware store. He went on to attend Lehigh University for mechanical engineering, but the classroom wasn’t where he wanted to learn. He longed to get out into the workforce right away to gain real life experience.
Leaving behind school for the building industry, Bryce was able to put his ideas to work. His passion is figuring out how things work and how everything works together. He is detail oriented and handles everything from estimating to project management to accounting. Bryce works behind the scenes, but as Brian explains, “Before anyone gets to the job Bryce already knows how all the parts are going to come together for the job to be successful.”
Bryce is married and has two daughters. He likes to hike, bike, camp and loves to do anything outdoors.
